Article 1 Acceptance of Terms

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or digital wallet used for the deposit — cri123 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Funds already deposited into a cri123 account and used for betting cannot be refunded on the basis of a change of mind.

Article 5 Betting Rules

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, unless a documented technical error on cri123's part has occurred.
• The applicable odds are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the user — any odds changes after confirmation do not apply retroactively.
• If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or does not reach the required official duration, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the applicable policy.

Article 6 Promotions and Bonuses

• Abusing promotions or attempting to exploit system loopholes for unauthorized gains.
• Engaging in intimidation, harassment, or threats toward other players or cri123 staff.

Article 10 Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time through the account settings feature or by contacting the cri123 support team. Before the closure is processed, all active bets must be settled and any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

Cri123 also reserves the right to unilaterally close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Proven to have violated the provisions stated in Article 7 (Prohibitions and Sanctions).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without prior notice to cri123.
• There is strong indication that the account is being used for illegal activities or activities that contravene applicable regulations.

Article 11 Limitation of Liability

Cri123 provides its platform services "as is" and makes every effort to ensure system availability and reliability. However, cri123 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, internet infrastructure outages, or events beyond cri123's control (force majeure).
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user based on information from sources outside the cri123 platform.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.

Under all circumstances, cri123's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of the active balance in the user's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Article 12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Cri123 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational, regulatory, or platform policy changes.

For significant changes, cri123 will notify users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 (seven) days before the changes take effect. For minor changes, updates may be applied immediately without prior notice.

Continuing to use the cri123 platform after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect.
